Manual timecards, equipment logs, and disconnected reporting created bottlenecks. Their previous off-the-shelf app couldn’t sync with Viewpoint ERP, didn’t support job-based tracking, and required constant rework by the office.
The Solution
Netkinetix built a custom mobile and desktop system that enabled foremen to log hours, equipment usage, and load tickets in the field. DFR and DPR reports were editable onsite, and everything flowed directly into payroll and job costing via Viewpoint integration.
